Towering sandstone walls rise around you as you follow winding passages lit by shifting beams of sunlight, revealing centuries-old inscriptions and rock textures sculpted by time.
Your day begins at 10:00 AM from either Wadi Rum village or Nomad’s Camp. A scenic Jeep ride delivers you to the base of Jebel Um Ishrin, one of the region’s most impressive mountains. Here, your Bedouin guide leads you on foot through the narrow corridors of the siq. This serene trek lasts about 3 hours, filled with vibrant desert colors, hidden chambers, and endless photo opportunities.
After emerging from the siq, the hike continues toward the tranquil area of Um Ajel, immersing you in the desert’s vast silence. Soon you’ll arrive at the monumental red dunes of Breshmanah, the largest sand dunes in Wadi Rum. Here, you’ll pause to relax while your guide prepares a traditional Bedouin lunch under the shelter of towering rock formations.
In the afternoon, your journey continues by Jeep, exploring remote valleys and beautiful desert landscapes rarely seen by visitors. As evening falls, you’ll enjoy a magical sunset over Wadi Rum before returning to Nomad’s Camp for a warm dinner and a peaceful night beneath star-filled skies.
